WorkingAgents is an AI agent governance platform built on Elixir/OTP. It sits between AI agents and the tools, data, and services they need to access, enforcing permissions, logging actions, and providing guardrails in real time.
Capability-based access control. Each AI agent gets a scoped set of permissions. A healthcare AI can read patient summaries but not modify records. A fintech AI can analyze transactions but not initiate transfers. Permissions are enforced at the protocol level using MCP (Model Context Protocol), not application-level checks that can be bypassed.
Full audit trails. Every action an agent takes is logged with context – what it accessed, what it returned, who authorized it. When a regulator asks “what did the AI do?”, the answer is queryable.
One instance per customer. No multi-tenant data commingling. Each client gets their own WorkingAgents server. Their data never touches another customer’s infrastructure.
Compliance-ready architecture. Designed for SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR from day one – PII detection, encryption at rest and in transit, immutable logs.

The Proposal
Two paths, depending on appetite and timing.
Path 1 – Referral partnership. When you build AI features for a client that needs governance, you recommend and integrate WorkingAgents as the governance layer. You handle the integration (it is Elixir – your engineers already know how). We provide the platform, training, and support. Both companies earn revenue on each deployment.
This is low-commitment. You try it on one client engagement and see if the fit is real.
Path 2 – Development partnership. Your Elixir engineers contribute to WorkingAgents development, accelerating our roadmap. In exchange, you get early access to the platform, training for your team, and preferred pricing for client deployments. We start small – one or two engineers for a month to assess fit.
Path 2 builds toward Path 1. Engineers who know the platform from the inside integrate it better for clients.

A WyeWorks client in fintech asks for an AI-powered transaction analysis feature. Your team builds it using Elixir/Phoenix. Before deployment, the client’s compliance team asks: how do we control what the AI agent can access? How do we log its actions for SOC 2?
